Personal data refers to any information that relates to you and that we can link to you. We will only process your personal data if you contact us. The personal data that we will process via our contact form includes your name, email address, phone number, and company.

What we do with your personal data
We only use your personal data for legitimate business reasons. This includes:
• validating interest in SparQ proposed services;
• contacting you about SparQ and its services;
• if necessary, to comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share your personal data with and why
We may disclose personal data to third parties like regulators if required to do so by law. We do not use other service providers, therefore we do not share your personal data with external parties.  

SparQ does not use cookies.
